Meet Stephanie and Mairead
Clinical Psychotherapist & Professional Matchmaker
Stephanie Regan graduated from University College Dublin initially with a degree in mathematics and economics. This she completed while working at Aer Lingus, where she held a number of roles, including cabin crew trainer and in house counsellor.
It was at Aer Lingus that her interest in workplace wellbeing took root and she continued her studies toward a Master in Science - Clinical Psychotherapy.
She has her own private practice since then -1990, providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups.
She has also provided wellness, staff support and critical incident management programmes to the corporate sector.
Her areas of speciality are relationships, trauma ,wellbeing and crisis management at the workplace.

Mairéad Loughman
Matchmaker | Dating Specialist | Podcast Host
Mairéad started professionally matchmaking in 2016 and has since successfully matched over 7,000 people of all ages and backgrounds, all over Ireland with hundreds of weddings, engagements and babies at Love HQ Matchmaking.
Mairead meets all of her clients in person for consultations in Dublin, Galway, Cork, Limerick, Kilkenny and Mullingar where she gets to know them, the type of person they would like to meet and anything else to help her clients, before arranging their dates for them.
Mairéad also specialises in date coaching and has a 4 week online dating masterclass to help her clients be more confident, to enjoy dating and new relationships and to navigate modern dating.
In 2020, Mairead launched her No.1 podcast, Would Like to Meet, which won bronze for best sex and relationship podcast at the first Irish podcast awards in Sept 2022.
Love HQ's only focus is to help as many people as possible to find real, long term love.
